It is a good tradition at the Bärnau-based company Mühlmeier to honour longstanding employees and thus say thank you for their loyalty and faithfulness.
Because this was not possible for two years, it had to be something special. Without further ado, the entire staff was packed into a bus for a company outing to get to know Regensburg's old town on an entertaining guided tour. Then they went by boat to Weltenburg. In the shady beer garden of the monastery, Bavarian cuisine and the world-famous barley juice could be enjoyed. Without further ado, the tribute became an open-air event: "It is your heads, hands and faces that represent this company and make it what it is. We are all really proud of that!" said René Mühlmeier to honour each individual with a gift and a short anecdote from their working life and current events. In this way, even uninvolved guests at other tables gained a positive insight into the company and joined in the applause for the honourees.
