Grinding pearls of glass are always used where no special standards at grinding and dispersing are set.

YTZ® - ZIRCONIUM OXIDE (YTT-STAB.) ZRO₂ 95%

Zirconium oxide balls and –cylinder are produced of Yttrium stabilized, highly pure zirconium oxide powder. These balls have high density and extreme hardness, through which product contamination is prevented.

ZIRMIL®Y-Micro grinding balls are produced from a special zirconium oxide powder which is enriched with Yttrium. Due to this fact as well a high grinding efficiency as also a special wear resistance in heavy duty mills with high energy input is achieved.

These grinding balls and –cylinder are produced corresponding to Ker221 and are more stable concerning wear than steel. Density: ≥ 2.7 g/cm³. Available in the shape of balls and cylinders with rounded edges.
