ZYS-L - zirconium oxide (Ytt-stab.) ZrO2 94,4%
Micro grinding balls with high specific weight for long mill running time. No ball breakage as there are no air pockets. No radioactivity compared to zirconium silicate balls and therefore no contamination of the ground material, therefore no expensive disposal of the balls after use.
Other diameters up to 30 mm possible!
ZC-L - zirconium oxide (Cerium-stab.) ZrO2 84%
ZC-L balls have a high specific weight of 6,2 g/cm³, a high grinding capacity, up to 4 times less wear compared to zirconium silicate balls and 8 times less wear compared to glass balls, long mill running times, low contamination of the milled product, therefore suitable for high quality ground products such as pigments, dyes. Suitable for all modern mill types, horizontal and vertical, without air inclusions, therefore no ball breakage and thus no damage to the mill and no contamination of the end product.
ZS-LZ - zirconium silicate ZrO2 > 57%
The spheres manufactured using the sintering process have a dense, homogeneous structure due to the special production method. All grinding systems therefore show a significantly better wear behaviour than conventional zirconium silicate balls. For grinding paint and varnish systems in the medium viscosity range, mostly water-based systems, of dyes for colouring textiles and plastics, inorganic and organic pigments, coatings for video and audio tapes, minerals and precious metals.
ZYE-L - zirconium oxide (Ytt-stab.) ZrO2 94,35%
The ceramic balls ZYE-L are characterized by an extremely high wear resistance, as they have a very good roundness and a dense polished surface. The slightest contamination of the ground material is thus avoided and product quality is ensured at the highest level. They have no air pockets, therefore no ball breakage, no damage to the mill and no contamination of the end product.

Corrosion protection
Microglas Glass Flakes
The requirements for long-term corrosion protection paints are e.g. in the chemical industry – always bigger. The service life of conventional dispersions is often no longer available to the required extent due to inadequate protective equipment. MICROGLAS GLASS FLAKES were developed as an additive for almost all known corrosion protection formulations in order to provide even better protection against mechanical and chemical influences. MICROGLAS GLASS FLAKES are micro-fine glass flakes. When used, a kind of reinforcement is created in the dispersion. This structure creates a durable bond between the molecules and thus absorbs expansion – e.g. due to temperature fluctuations. The arrangement and architecture of the glass platelets simultaneously increases the film density and strengthens the paint surface. In addition, the capillary effect is prevented so that neither moisture nor steam can penetrate the paint.
