Silver thistle for the boss - Long-time employees of the Mühlmeier company honoured

The managing directors and siblings Petra Schmidtkonz and René Mühlmeier recently had the honor of honoring a number of employees with a personal eulogy. At the company party in the cozy traditional inn “Rubenbauer” in Griesbach, long-time employees were honored with specialties from Upper Palatinate.

In addition to small anecdotes, the managing directors particularly emphasized the special knowledge, skills and, above all, the personal commitment that distinguishes them. "This experience and expertise make you the capital and backbone of our company".

They were honored for their long-term loyalty and hard work: for 5 years Konstantin Geyer and Thorsten Böhm, 10 years Rita Gartner, 15 years Claudia Wolf and 30 years Max Ulrich. The jubilees could look forward to a small bonus and a magnificent Christmas bouquet. René Mühlmeier also received a bouquet from his sister for 35 years of collaboration in the company. He surprised her with a moody speech and a silver thistle in a bouquet for 51 years after she had "misappropriated" the fiftieth last year.

There were practical sports wristbands for mobile phones for the Mühlmeier athletes, who had once again shown great performance at this year's NOFI run. "This brings rhythm to your brain and fitness for the next run in 2020" - which the boss also hopes for his participation.

The celebration ended with a cheerful raffle with business partners' giveaways accumulated over the year. Many prizes from pens, reading lamps to pampering sets first had to be brought out among the people. In the end, not less went home totally packed.
